Born Patrick Houston, he first gained national attention as a member of the Hypnotize Minds camp led by his younger brother, Juicy J, and DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia. Known for his gritty storytelling, hypnotic flow, and signature Southern drawl, Project Pat brought raw Memphis street tales to the mainstream with platinum-selling albums like Mista Don’t Play: Everythangs Workin’ (2001), which featured classics like “Chickenhead” and “Don’t Save Her.”
