Our Box Office is only open on show days.

It will open 1 hour prior to the advertised and scheduled door time. Door times for each show can very and guests should check the event listing for the specific show.

A portion of the online service fees are still applied for box office ticket purchases. Customers generally save $2.50-$6 per ticket when purchasing at the Joy Theater box office.

Unless otherwise noted on the ticket, we are primarily a general admission standing room venue. Seating in the lower and upper balcony vary by event and are often sold as premium seating offers.
